All customers purchasing an DeFENG Product agree to the following terms, statements

and conditions set forth below.

WARRANTY LETTER

This limited warranty supersedes all previous DEFENG  warranties and is exclusive with no other guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.

LIMITED WARRNTY- Subject to the terms and condition below,Anhui Defeng Intelligent Equipment Co.,Ltd, warrants to its original purchaser that that DeFENG equipment sold after the effective date of this limited warranty is free of defects in material and workmanship at the time it is shipped by DeFENG. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRNTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTBILITY AND FITNESS.

Within the warranty periods listed below, DeFENG will repair or replace any warranted parts or components that fail due to such defects in material or workmanship. DeFENG must be notified in writing within thirty (30) days of such defect or failure and relevant details such as DeFENG part number, serial number and original invoice, at which time DeFENG will provide instructions on the warranty claim procedures to be followed. If notification is submitted as an online warranty claim, the claim must include a detailed description of the fault and the troubleshooting steps taken to identify failed components and the cause of their failure.

DeFENG shall honor warranty claims on warranted equipment listed below within warranty time periods. All warranty time periods start on the delivery date of the equipment to the original purchaser, and not to exceed twelve months (12) after the equipment is shipped to an international purchaser.

1 Years Parts – ALL DeFENG MANUFACTURE WELDING AND CUTTING MACHINES

Anhui Defeng Intelligent Equipment Co.,Ltd Warranty shall not apply to:

1. Consumable components: Such as Contact Tips, cutting nozzles, contractors, brushes, relays, work station table tops and welding curtains, gas regulator parts that fail due to normal wear. (Exception: brushes and relays are covered on all engine-driven products.)

2. Items furnished by DeFENG, but manufactured by others, such as trade accessories.These items are covered by the manufacture’s warranty, if any.

3. Equipment that has been modified by any part other than DeFENG, or equipment that has been improperly installed, improperly operated or misused based upon industry standards, or equipment which has not had reasonable and necessary maintenance, or equipment which has been used for operation outside of  the specifications for the equipment.

4. Welding, Cutting Tools and Accessories’ liability under this warranty shall not exceed the cost of correcting the defect of the product.

DeFENG PRODUCTS ARE INTENDED FOR COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTREIAL USERS TRAIND AND EXPEREICNED IN THE USE AND MAINTENACE OF WELDING EQUIPMENT.

The exclusion remedies for

warranty claims are, at DeFENG’s option, either: (1) Repair; or (2) replacement; or if approved in writing by DeFENG, (3) the pre-approved cost of repair or replacement by DeFENG; or (4) payment of or credit for the purchase

price (less reasonable depreciation based upon use). Product may not be returned without DeFENG’s written approval. Return shipment shall be at customer’s risk and expense.  The purchaser is responsible for shipment to and

from the authorized DeFENG service station.

This warranty provides specific legal rights, and other rights may be available depending on your place. The Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights, and other rights may be available, but may vary by Country.
